For me, Florida Keys real estate is about more than buying or selling a home—it’s about finding the lifestyle that comes with it.
I help buyers and sellers navigate the unique Florida Keys market with clear communication, local perspective, and practical guidance. From waterfront access and boating needs to wind and flood insurance, inspections, rental considerations, docks, seawalls, and neighborhood differences, I focus on the details that matter when owning property in the Keys.
My real estate career began in Alaska, where I gained experience working with buyers and sellers in a very different—but equally unique—market. My background also includes assisting with real estate closings, giving me valuable insight into title, lending, escrow, and recording. That experience allows me to help my clients better understand what’s happening throughout the transaction, not just at the beginning and end.
Today, I’m proud to call the Florida Keys home and serve clients throughout Key West, the Lower Keys, Marathon, and the Middle Keys. I understand that buying here is often about much more than bedrooms and square footage. It may be about finding the right boating access, a vacation home, an investment property, or simply a place where you can enjoy the island lifestyle.
And I live that lifestyle, too. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me boating, fishing, exploring the sandbars, paddleboarding, or spending time with my family and my dog, Sailor.
