Meet Natallie
I was born and raised here — third generation, Key West to Key Largo, back before the tourists found us. Before real estate, I spent 25 years teaching in Monroe County public schools, which means I've watched this community grow up, one classroom and one closing at a time.
That's really the difference. I'm not learning the Keys market as I go — I've lived it my whole life, and I know the people who make a transaction go smoothly: the lenders, the inspectors, the title and closing attorneys, the folks at Monroe County Building and Planning. Those relationships, some of them decades old, are what keep a deal on track when the Keys throw their usual curveballs — flood zones, ROGO, insurance timing, permits.
Whether you're buying your first place on the water, selling a home your family has held for years, or looking at an investment property from out of state, I'm here to walk you through it plainly and honestly, the way I'd want someone to walk my own family through it.
