Born and raised in Bangor, Maine, Kelly Varney brings a lifelong dedication to community service and a passion for helping others to her real estate career. In 2018, Kelly relocated to the Florida Keys with her family after her husband’s retirement from the Army. Inspired by her own experience purchasing a home in the Lower Keys using a VA Loan, Kelly found her calling in real estate—helping military families and others find their dream homes in this tropical paradise.

In 2024, following three successful years as a Finance Manager at a property management company in Key West, Kelly obtained her real estate license and launched her career. With a deep understanding of the complexities of military life, Kelly specializes in assisting families with PCS moves, drawing on her Military Relocation Professional designation and certification as a Florida Military Specialist to provide exceptional service tailored to military buyers and sellers.

Kelly’s dedication to service is evident in her personal and professional life. With over 11 years of volunteer experience with the Maine Army National Guard, she has served as a Family Readiness Group Leader, Treasurer, and Camp Counselor, earning accolades from the Governor and First Lady of Maine, as well as a Brigadier General. In Key West, Kelly continues to give back as the manager of the Military Baby Pantry on the Coast Guard base, providing free resources to military families, and as a volunteer with the Key West Police Department’s Mounted Police Unit.
