17050 Old State Road 4A

Tucked away on nearly 3 acres of lush native landscape, this Sugarloaf Key home has incredible privacy, with non-buildable land surrounding the property. The 2-bedroom, 2-bath concrete home has 2,280 sqft of living space, with poured concrete floors and roof, and an impressive ~2,700 sqft of balconies. Inside, large windows and sliding glass doors bring in plenty of natural light, and the home feels open and spacious with plenty of room to make it your own. The ~980 sqft rooftop terrace is one of the best parts, with views over the nature preserve and out toward the ocean, plus a spot to catch both the sunrise and sunset. A walkway winds through the property toward the oceanfront, making it easy to get outside and enjoy the surroundings. Downstairs, there's a ~500 sqft enclosure with an internal staircase, along with a covered carport and gated entrance. With this much outdoor space, privacy, and views in every direction, it's a pretty special spot on Sugarloaf Key.
