Meet Sandra
Sandy Tuttle is a consistently ranked top real estate producer in the Florida Keys and a leader in the luxury market.
Sandy averages 40-50 transactions per year and has facilitated several record-breaking sales, proving that the knowledge, experience, and problem-solving mastery she’s cultivated from each deal are unmatched. Her award recognition is extensive, including at her previous company, where she ranked in the top 1% of agents nationwide in 2018 and 2019 and the top 5% nationwide in 2020 and 2021.
Sandy’s designations include Luxury Collection Specialist, Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist, e-PRO®, Green Designation, and At Home with Diversity® certifications. Her local prestige has also attracted the attention of HGTV, for which she offered her expertise on the popular shows House Hunters and Beachfront Bargain Hunt.
Originally from New Jersey, Sandy spent her childhood summers at the Jersey Shore and vacationing in the Florida Keys. By 8 years old, she’d vowed to one day make the Keys her permanent home. With initial plans to pursue a career in animal husbandry, Sandy earned a college degree in animal behavior in Maryland, then moved to Thailand to complete a year teaching English. She set her sights high, completing a couple months of trekking the Himalayas in Nepal.
Once back in the States, Sandy’s dream came true in 1998 when she and her husband became full-time Florida Keys residents as the live-aboard sailing crew of a 55-foot vessel based in Marathon. After a few years of cruising the Keys and the Bahamas, she earned her real estate license in 2004. Working as a Real Estate Agent was Sandy’s path to securing her future in the Florida Keys because of her tenacity, hard work ethic, and love of sharing the area’s incredible lifestyle with people joining the community. It didn’t hurt that her mother was a beloved top-producing New Jersey agent from whom Sandy learned the importance of service, relationships, and prioritizing clients.
In 2005, Sandy became a full-time agent, and she has subsequently outperformed every prior year by breaking records and expectations. She’s deeply grateful to engage with buyers and sellers and help them achieve their goals, and she respects them by keeping them at the center of each transaction and being a strong presence and communicator. Sandy also knows how to transform challenges into solutions, whether by her ingenuity or by accessing her solid community network for the perfect resource.
Sandy is “living the dream” in Summerland Key with her husband, Kip, and mini Goldendoodles, Lola and Sophie. A self-described “water girl,” Sandy has no trouble making the most of the Keys lifestyle. You can often find her diving, fishing, boating, spearfishing, lobstering, or doing just about anything aquatic. Sandy has also lent her time to many community causes, especially where animals are concerned. Dolphin Research Center, Reef Relief, the Wheelchair Foundation, the local Florida Keys SPCA animal shelter, and co-founding the Big Pine Bark Park are just a few examples of her supportive initiatives.
